You are solely responsible for the content of any materials you submit. We reserve the right to refuse to print any materials that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of any laws or third-party rights.
Orders and Payments
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud detection systems.
Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We strive to display accurate pricing information, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
Payment must be made at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information for all purchases.
Product Quality and Specifications
We make every effort to ensure that our printed products meet high-quality standards. However, slight variations in color, alignment, and finish may occur due to the nature of the printing process. We recommend ordering samples before placing large orders to ensure satisfaction with the final product.
All product specifications, including dimensions, materials, and finishes, are described as accurately as possible on our website. We reserve the right to make minor modifications to specifications if necessary to improve quality or accommodate production requirements.
Delivery and Shipping
We aim to process and ship orders within the timeframes specified on our website. However, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, customs clearance, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Chiphronkheflaxx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chiphronkheflaxx and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Return Policy
Our Commitment to Quality
At Chiphronkheflaxx, we are committed to delivering high-quality printed products that meet your expectations. We carefully inspect all orders before shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the custom nature of our printed products, we can only accept returns or offer refunds in the following circumstances: if there is a manufacturing defect in the product, if the product was damaged during shipping, if we made an error in production that does not match your approved specifications, or if the wrong product was shipped to you.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for reasons such as customer error in design or specifications, change of mind after production has begun, minor color variations that are within industry standards, or products that have been used or altered after delivery.
Return Process
If you believe your order is eligible for a return, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the problem. Our customer service team will review your claim and respond within two business days.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. In most cases, we will arrange for the product to be collected at no cost to you. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement within ten business days.
Refunds and Replacements
If your return is approved, you may choose between a full refund or a replacement product at no additional charge. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow five to ten business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
For replacement orders, we will prioritize production and shipping to ensure you receive your corrected product as quickly as possible. We will cover all costs associated with the replacement, including shipping.
Proof Requirements
Before production begins, we provide digital proofs for your approval. It is your responsibility to carefully review these proofs for accuracy in text, images, colors, and layout. Once you approve a proof, we proceed with production based on that approval. We cannot accept returns for issues that were present in the approved proof.
We strongly recommend reviewing proofs multiple times and having colleagues or team members check them as well. If you need assistance reviewing your proof or have questions about any aspect of it, please contact our team before approving.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately with photographs of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and will send you a replacement order as quickly as possible. In cases of shipping damage, you are not required to return the damaged products unless specifically requested by our team.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible, or may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover materials and labor already invested in your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
